Thank you for shopping with LotiBloom.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking is included with every order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

Delivery time is calculated by USPS and varies based on destination.
Shipping transit time does not include order processing time.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Email Dev@devxpressions.com and include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation email (sent to the email used at checkout).

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
